Since the dawn of time, humanity has dreamed of space travel and steadily worked toward it as part of its evolutionary journey.
This exhibition brings together experts from diverse fields — art, engineering, and music — to create an aesthetically rich experience through the fusion of media and disciplines.
The project group Flying Man and Friends brings together installation artist and engineer Jinwoo Kim, engineer Dongheon Lee, and musician Jiheon Oh.
Jinwoo Kim conceived the overall project and oversaw its design, engineering, and production. Dongheon Lee was responsible for engineering aspects such as material analysis and mechanics, while Jiheon Oh created an interactive sound component that responds to visitors through motion-detection sensors.
By integrating a range of media, these specialists from the distinct fields of art, engineering, and music have created a work that brings their expertise together in a cohesive harmony. The project aims to introduce children and young people on summer vacation to the diversity of contemporary art.
